FOR THE LOVE OF QUILTS XI

RULES FOR ENTRY

1.          Deadline for applications is Tuesday, March 20th . Use a separate form for each entry. Entries not received by deadline cannot be guaranteed entry in the program. If there is room it will be included in the show.

2.          Quilts must have a 4-inch sleeve running the width of the quilt at the top of the back. Call if you need assistance with this. If a sleeve is not attached (except for miniatures), your quilt will not be hung.

3.          The identification label must be sewn (not pinned) to the lower right corner on the back of the quilt.

4.          The receipt form (the top part of the registration form) will be numbered and returned to you so you may use it to pick up your quilt after the quilt show.

5.          Bring your quilt in a bag for its protection until the show.

6.          Quilts must be delivered to Tracy High School, Room 44, on Tuesday, March 20th between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. or to the Community Center on Friday, March 23th  between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

7.          Quilts must be picked up on March 25nd  between 4:30 and 5:30 at the Community Center (where the quilt show is). Be sure to bring your receipt with you! No Quilt will be released without receipt and checked out by the person in charge!
