HOW TO ENTER YOUR QUILT

 

Fill out the registration form and mail it to:           Karen Chiles

                                                                   Tracy, CA 95376

 

Please make sure to fill out the form fully. Please print. Please include size. Use a separate form for each entry. Entries not received by deadline cannot be guaranteed entry in the program.

 

Deadline for registration form is Friday, April 10th.

 

HOW TO DROP OFF YOUR QUILT

  1. Deliver your quilt to George & Evelyn Stein High School, 650 W. 10th St., Room 11 on Tuesday, April 14th; between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Parking is on 9th St. behind school.

  2. Quilts must have a 4-inch sleeve on it unless it is a miniature.

  3. The identification label must be sewn (not pinned) to the lower right corner on the back of the quilt.

  4. Bring your quilt in a bag (disposable) for its protection until the show.

  5. The receipt form (the top part of the registration form) will be numbered and returned to you when you drop off your quilt. Bring this receipt with you when you pick up your quilt.

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR QUILT

  1. Quilts must be picked up on Sunday April 19th between 5:00 and 6:00 at George & Evelyn Stein High School (where the quilt show is).

  2. You must bring the receipt form when you pick up your quilt. If someone else is picking up your quilt make sure they have the receipt.

  3. If special arrangements need to be made for drop-off and/or pick-up, contact Karen Chiles (209) 835-0289.
